For this research, we had to present a visual, verbal and text case study presentation evidencing a company’s engagement with innovation. The objective is to implement an innovation strategy, including the management of innovation teams and the innovation process in the company.

Samsung is considered to be one of the top ten’s innovative companies. We first presented the research based on their mission, vision, values, and goals. We analyzed how Samsung implements innovation in their company by having a specific center for innovation only. The company has also established different sources and types of innovation that gave them a push in the market. it has several intellectual properties and standards that are implemented for safeties and security. Lastly, we’ve conducted that Samsung has suffered greatly in the smartphone industry due to different circumstances. Thus, we’ve concluded with recommendations and strategies that can tackle the problem.
