The Souvenir

I’ve got an inspiration for this project from my own culture. In Thailand, we have many things that will surprise foreigners for example we use plastic bags for sodas as known as “ถุงโค้ก” or we use toilet papers as napkins.

I decided to use this as my main inspiration and created a souvenir for foreigners who travel to Thailand and want to have a wacky and funny souvenir to remind them that once of their lifetime they have seen some custom that they saw when they visited my country.

I designed a paper fan that can be transformed to a bedside lantern.
