THE BRIEF:

Design a new layout style for No Cure Magazine. To demonstrate this new layout you will create a two double page spread (DPS) using the article Laneways Life: Exploring Melbourne’s Street Art Scene. The publishers have requested that your new layout concept still harnesses the brand personality of the NO Cure magazine but a new flavour and application introduced for their readers. 

The Magazine Article layout must also include: 

- the article 

- imagery, supplied copy or sourced appropriately and acknowledged 

- paragraph / character styles 

- page furniture - folio, deck, by-line, pull quote and headline. 

- appeal that creatively reflects the article content. 

It is requested that you present the new layout to the publisher and explaining the ideas/ concept behind the new layout style referring to use of grid, elements and principles, target market ,trends and or any other research that you have done to support your choices.
