Pacific Gas & Electric - Governance Recommendation, Accessibility Redesign and Replatforming

As SapientNitro’s content strategy account lead, I developed a comprehensive Governance model to optimize Pacific Gas & Electric’s online publishing efficiency and quality. 

I concurrently oversaw content teams in accessibility-focused redesign and replatforming of PG&E’s digital suite: executing audits, determining copy guidance and CMS remapping to improve the content experience and render it WCAG 2.0 compliant.
