I did not paint for seven years until 2011. I wanted to make a special gift, so I get back to canvas. Until then I painted a few pieces during high school, they were all gifts (and most of them were The Beatles) but I never studied painting. This is a result of the last finished attempt – portrait of economist and freedom fighter Ludwig von Mises. The original is in private hands in USA. The 1:1 copy is in the Mises Institute in Auburn, Alabama.
