Freelancing means being a quick study:
Working with a UX team, I conceptualized and wrote the copy for this company's 404 error page. (Animated .gif)
This popular juice bar is known for its non sequiturs and pop culture references. For their site's menu page, I created interactive copy that displays when rolled over with a mouse. It had to fit, be referential, and in the same fun vein as everything else the business does.
Worked with Strejde Design on Juiceland's new natural energy drink.
A little knowledge of cellular biology is a dangerous thing.
Researched and created copy, named the juice cleanse.
Call to action: I conceptualized ideal times to do juice cleanses throughout the year and then wrote copy to advertise them. I considered religious, national holiday, sport, and festival calendars, as well as local weather.
FAQ goals: 1. anticipate questions and concerns, 2. make no medical claims or other liabilities, 3. stay on message, 4. have fun...FAQs can be a terrible bore to read.
