I was the Promos Head for our home org's Teambuilding that time, and we wanted the theme to be similar to the Avatar series (The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra).

As Promos Head, I sent it to our then AVP for Promotions for approval. After commenting on the promo, it became this:
Then after a few tweaks here and there, ta-dah! It became awesome!
