Side Note: I had two copies made at Staples (-$50) and both print outs were slightly off in size. I set trim marks and the staff had already trimmed one of the copies (too much to the point where the folding was off after the front and back were glued together). This is why there are not many real life application images. I apologize and take full responsibility for the lack of images provided above.
