American Express - Rewards for Reviews

This credit card company wanted to create product survey screens for their cash back program. Basically, customers can get money back by reviewing items they have purchased using their American Express credit card.

I kicked off the project by eye dropping some color codes off of their already existing websites where the product survey was going to be overlayed on top as a dialog box. I then made sure that the new colors I applied blended seamlessly into their brand particularly the character illustrations. I then adjusted the proportions of the dialog box, the text sizes and the product image placements that are being reviewed. 

Following UX progressive disclosure principles, I made sure the abstract questions in the survey is seen first so I placed it on the left followed by the product images on the right.
Clicking on the option buttons at the bottom takes them to the next question.

I didn't see the need to add "Back" and "Next" buttons since users can always use the "wizard" component to jump to any section of the survey. Adding "Back" and "Next" buttons would only add unnecessary cognitive load as they would become a distraction to users who should only focus on the option buttons alone.

Positioning the option buttons at the bottom of the screen allows for scalability. 
I can use numerous buttons and button types while still leaving some space for lengthy questions and large product images.

The result is a clean, simple, and quick interactive experience that banking customers would just fill up and get over with.
