DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT

Passive microhome + means that it is a plus-energy house, i.e. one that produces more energy than it consumes, resulting in zero lifetime costs. This was made possible by using appropriate installations and architectural features of the house.
CLIMATE CHANGES

Global warming is an increasingly serious threat to humanity, it is estimated that exceeding the average air temperature by 2°C by the end of the century will be a catastrophe on an unimaginable scale. Architects can significantly delay this process by investing in new technologies, as construction is the branch of the economy that consumes the most energy, but also has the greatest potential for change.
ECO ASPECT

When designing the Passive microhome +, care was taken to minimise its carbon footprint, creating it from 90% recyclable materials. The building was partially buried in the ground to further improve its thermal conditions. The balance of the land was also taken care of, so the soil dug for the structure was used as wind protection in the form of earth embankments.
LOCATION

The building has been equipped with internal food production so that it can be built even in the harshest weather conditions, from extremely cold to extremely hot temperatures, making it fully self-sufficient.
USERS

It is dedicated to a couple who can accommodate an additional two people if necessary. Nevertheless, it will mainly be lived in by people who want to live in an ecological way, somewhere outside civilisation.
