Creating double exposures of a contradictory situation in Esterhazypark in Vienna.
This series is the final product for a photo course, it was a lot of fun to do.
1. Andrei and a great graffiti showing the anarchy of urban subculture and expression of 2d art.
2. Vanja showing classicistic sculptures and natural elements combined with the rough concrete and steel fences. Her short falling off her shoulder combines to the robes of the statues, showing past and present of textiles.
3. Mak and a climbing wall full of boulders on the Haus des Meeres, which was built as a defense tower during WW II and now the bulletholes are replaced with toprope climbing routes. In contrast to the chaotic composition of the boulders is his straight line shirt and short haircut, he also has ocd, which creates an even stronger conflict.
4. Sandra and the top of the tower with an artwork by Lawrence Weiner that says: "Smashed to pieces in the still of the night" in memory of the horror during WW II, in contrast to her shirt with those little flowers as a symbol for peace (flower power)
...and the final image as a composition showing all in a linear order.
