This project reflects my learning in composition and typography through a poster designed in Photoshop & Illustrator. This poster publicizes MAMAMOO's My Con tour that marks their debut in America. This K-pop group is most known for opposing the preconceptions of the female K-pop industry. They break the double standards between male and female idols and defy the unrealistic standards set for women. They are recognized as the ones breaking tradition and introducing change to the K-pop industry. Below outlines my design process with these considerations.

Out of ten preliminary sketches, four were chosen for further development in Illustrator and Photoshop an the final version was printed and mounted. I used bold colors to reflect their strong presence and an emphasis on the tour name "My Con" which is a play on words for their most recent album.
