Goal

NOWO challenged us to build their website and simulation tool from scratch. Due to their omni-channel nature, we needed to consider the online-to-offline user journey and create experiences adapted to every digital touchpoint, from mobile to desktop to in-shop 
Digital Kiosks.

Defining the Digital Strategy

Together with our client and Performance Sales, our SEO and Analytics trusted partner, we defined NOWO’s digital strategy for the B2C and B2B markets. This strategy followed an in-depth analysis of customer behaviours and search trends, an international benchmark and the collection of valuable insights provided by our client.
Creating a full-fledged website

The Discovery and Definition process for the website was guided by a data-driven and user-centered approach to design, with a strong SEO position. Based on the collected insights, we created the architecture and, finally, the content of the website.
Building a seamless simulation tool

With this new tool, potential clients could choose, step-by-step, their telco service, from internet speed, to mobile network and even TV channels. Combining an optimal user experience, A/B Testing and dynamic product offerings, were able to optimize conversions for every digital touchpoint, including in-store Digital Kiosks.
Collaborating towards the future

We maintain an ongoing collaboration with Nowo to support the maintenance and growth of their Digital Ecosystem. We work closely to implement new campaigns and elevate technology to meet the needs of the final user.
