POSTERS FOR TENDER
The main goal of this architectural competition is to integrate sustainable initiatives with interesting architectural features. The idea is to use a castle as the Art therapy centre. This organization use different types of therapy such as body therapy, art therapy, pottery and psychical therapy to help people to have good physical health. Everyone can attend a therapy. For a longer time and people can rent an apartment or they can come only for procedure, eat in the restaurant and go home.We preserved castle and add modern features such as new entrance to the building and terrace for the restaurant. We used a green facade, collecting of rainwater and geothermal heating system, as a sustainable features and as a part of the reseach the cleaning of waste water with the help of plants. In the yard we put benches and a tree, the coverings from the yard will be used again as a pavement on the terrace in the south wing.
Boller castle is situated at suburb of Horsens in area surrounded by forsest and nearby is a sea. The place has its atmosphere, it is approximetelly 6 km far from the city centre.
The material for extensions where choosen glass and streel. It gives an apportunity to save the overview of the castle
