A OOH/POS agency needed a content-heavy website in one day. The frenetic project involved:
Meeting with their team to understand needs and expectations, co-building the information architecture and setting a workflow. Setting up a hosting account (DNS, FTP). Selecting and installing a website builder (Wordpress + Elementor + Slider Revolution). Analyzing their marketing materials, compiling brand elements, creating the website's guidelines (color scheme, typography, tone and voice) and its copy. Designing and building the website. Selecting, editing, optimizing, uploading and organizing images. Testing video streaming speed (hosted HTML5 vs embedded from an external source), creating and managing a Youtube account, uploading and organizing videos. Building a hero header with a custom animation. Testing in multiple devices, adjusting responsive features. All in a day.
