Define, explore and sell to a new market for Kitchen Secrets & Baking Simpol to increase sales while still marketing to buyers of other books.

Ages 24-44, Women. They are Simpol brand followers already and either to support or wanted to learn more Chef Tatung. There are new cooks wanting to learn more in the kitchen. They are also looking for meals to cook for themselves and their family. Many bought the book as a gift for their mothers/aunts.

There has been a steady increase in people cooking at home globally and decrease in people eating at home. People ate more dinners at home than lunches. Women cooked more than men however there has been a recent steady decrease of women eating and cooking at home but men has steady increase. Affordability is the top reason why people cook at home but the wealthier people cook for health.

New Market
Men, ages 30-64. They are single to married men who are exploring to learn more about cooking. They usually have 3 or more people within their household. They prefer eating and cooking at home due to its affordability. 
Baking Simpol
CURRENT MARKET
Ages 24-44, Women. They are Simpol brand followers already and either to support or wanted to learn more Chef Tatung. They bought the book as a gift. They think the cookbook is simple to understand with high-quality photos.
