Below is a British Design & Art Direction (D&AD) Brief which asked to format a traditional paper magazine into an electronic version for use on tablets. The brief stated that there must be instructions detailing how to use the new formating, so I created a video tutorial. Programs used include InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
The video uses basic keyframing techniques to clearly indicate how a finger interacts with the application.

The digital Taschen Magazine had content available to me (text and images), however there were no guidelines on how their articles were to be designed. Using InDesign,  articles were designed to look as close to a printed magazine as possible.
I implemented features into articles such as image selection, full screen viewing and viewing options.
These features are highlighted and explained in the video presentation.

Internet Privacy was a small project during my MA intended to target a wide audience on an online platform like YouTube. I also devised this project to learn how to present data and statistics via the recent surge in infographic design. Made BEFORE the recent revelations of privacy breaches of the NSA and GCHQ, this project remains strikingly relevent.

All animation work was carried out on After Effects while all the individual layers and images were made on Adobe Photoshop. The project was finished on a short time span and on limited resources.
The project manages to display it's information cleanly and effectively, and follows traditional infograpic iconography and typography.
The infographic is available to view on this iPad
