Radiant City Church is a fictional church based in Canada. The Church was founded with the hopes of transforming lives and helping those who feel lost believe in the word of God again.
The objective was to provide the church with a strong brand look that could be identified their public events and on all social platform.
The aim was to build a brand that was young and modern, as the church focuses more on youth (young individuals). Since many young people that face a lot of difficulty in their life find it hard to open up and seek guidance, we wanted to create a logo that was welcoming and yet popular with the younger generation.
The final logomark consist of hidden icons (THE HOLY BIBLE, SUNLIGHT). The angles of each stroke were slightly adjusted because the angles of an opened Bible are not uniform which represents reading the word of God, while the complete strokes is a representation of the light that shines upon us even in our darkest moments. In the end, the logo draws attention and still maintains a divine look which a modern youth would carry with dignity.
The Church name can be reduced to a "RCC", giving a combination mark with extra flexibility to work in smaller scale and on various platforms.
The Church also have custom made back covers for the Holy Bible distributed to their members which comes in a very attractive and modern design that makes it a very popular item amongst even non-members.
