Jewson identified an opportunity to become known as the number one choice for timber through employee engagement. Key objectives were set around ensuring that Jewson's national network of timber yards not only “looked the business” but provided a safe, welcoming and insightful environment for customers. The campaign was successfully rolled out through a pack which contained information for Branch Managers and employees on how they can work together to meet the objectives.

My main challenges were to ensure the Jewson brand shone through while working closely with Taylor Brothers to design and produce a pack which was durable, considerate of the environment and came in on budget.​​​​​​​
One of the key aspects of the project were the employee cards. Working in collaboration with a copy writer we created a ring bound set of flash cards that offered tips on how objectives can be met in a “10 Minute Turnaround”.
To ensure employee engagement each pack contained a check card to be signed and returned to the branch manager.
