Design Powerful Renaissance
Industry Student Review Evening - Brunel University London
MA Design Strategy event focused on Design Master students connecting with professionals from the industry. The aim was to help student build a stronger and clear research directions through design experts’ constructive feedback and professional/practical perspectives.On the other hand, experts could witness how MA students integrate Design, Branding, Innovation, Consumer Behaviour and Service Design with creative and strategic thinking.
The concept to attract the attention of the industry experts was to make links between the current recognition of design effective methods, particularly putting the user at the centre of the creative process; and how the precepts of the Renaissance also put man in the epicentre of the artistic movement.
The pattern was evocative of the chess game as strategic to achieve successful and sustainable outcomes.
A template was designed to display the work of the MA students. The format, structure and colour code provided a coherent look and feel to the event, allowing the customised content to display the individuality of the ideas.
