Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and prototyping of user interfaces for our SaaS product, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer success, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices across the product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve our design processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, and interaction design for SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience and a track record of mentoring junior designers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B financial software or fintech.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development basics.
