We are a full service marketing and creative agency looking for our next graphic designer freelancer to help on a project by project basis.

The first project is the branding and marketing collateral for a land estate estate. We are looking for someone to create the following for a house & land estate that will be going for sale

* Logo (name has already been identified)

* Colour palette

* 2 x edm templates (Canva preferred)

* Brochure (A4 size) approx 15 pages. Will include:

  - introduction

  - floor plans

  - map

* Signage

- Lot sign template (1 sign built in canva)

- Signboard  (1 sign)

- Fence signage (1 sign)

Previous experience in house and land estate creative will be highly regarded. Project needs to be completed within the next 5 business days. Full brief will be provided to the appointed candidate. Further projects like this exist in the future for the right candidate.
