The main purpose of this project was to design the space of living accommodation in the old building and its modernization, to create a comfortable living and working area.
The attractiveness of this apartment is that the old building has a large ceiling height and big windows, which gives a lot of natural light.
The client is a creative person, a young photographer, who has in this building a photo studio on the ground floor, and, his personal living space on the first floor.
The client currently plans to live alone, so the apartment is designed as a studio space with a zoned sleeping area on the mezzanine. At the same time, free space allows the client to receive friends, create an inspiration atmosphere, as well as to do his labor of love.
