What is it?
EDF Energy are one of the big 6 energy suppliers in the UK. 'Thank yous' is EDF Energy's customer reward scheme. Customers can go to the 'Thank yous' website or EDF Energy mobile app and play the game for a chance to win a gold, silver or bronze prize. Dual fuel customers can play twice a month. This is the redesign of the desktop website for 'Thank yous'.

My role
The brief asked for the existing 'Thank yous' website to be stripped back and more simpler. They wanted the user journey to be shorter and to push the fact dual fuel customers can play twice a month.

I looked at the existing IA and refined it to create a much more simpler one page landing page. I discussed and refined the wireframes with the client. 

After another agency worked up the wireframes, I then refined it so it matched the existing designs we did for 'my.edfenergy.com'. In the design stage I also added a consistent header throughout and made the prize won by the user more visible.
