This Video assist us in branding a new initiative within GSA and allowed the agency to call attention to a significant win in saving taxpayer dollars. The entire video from conception to completion was produced in house and the GSA team spanned from D.C. to Denver. (Script writing, voice over work, interviews, b-roll footage, motion graphics and editing). It ran on the GSA YouTube Channel and brought major awareness to the direction of the leasing program and the agency's footprint optimization goals. 

Of the 8,000 leases in GSA’s portfolio, Two out of three will expire within the next five years providing ample opportunity to realize even greater savings and a smaller footprint in the years ahead. 

The GSA regional team originally projected that the move would reduce USDA’s combined real estate footprint by 21% and save the agency over 800 thousand dollars annually in rent. At the conclusion of the relocation, the team was able to reduce USDA’s footprint by 52% and save approximately one point five million dollars annually!
