We tried to seduce young peopleto choose a job in care and welfare. With a TV spot, posters and online promotion we launched a new campaign. The website www.ikgaervoor.be received a facelift.

This campaign focuses on the positive aspects of a job in care and welfare. We tried to make it clear that you don't choose a 'zorgjob' out of altruism, it's because the sector offers numerous advantages. In addition to the diversity (something for everyone), the fascinating job content and appreciation, there is also the benefit of job security. You can also easily find work near you so there's more time left for yourself, friends and family.

The posters (distributed in secondary schools and through a poster network) are enhanced by a 30"spot that will run on youth channels JIM, TMF and MTV. Both media focus on the combination of work and leisure and refer to the website. Additionally we used online advertising on Youtube, Google and Facebook.

On the website people can book a "inleefmoment" (one day training/experience), to taste and practice the real job. After the experience people can make an informed choice.
