Businesses of small shop owners are witnessing a steady decline due to the
convenience that online market places such as Amazon, Big Basket, Grofers, etc. provide.

Lack of proper technology support is limiting their reach to the tech-savvy customers.

The lockdown situation due to COVID 19 and customers’ preference for online 
  purchases has hampered their businesses.
An user-friendly app synced with the shop owners’ online marketplaces to keep a real-time inventory list and track orders to run their business without any problem.

An app which can easily manage their needs by adding/editing/deleting product, and tracking payment and business trend.

A one-stop solution for ordering all the products from a single store.

Around 94% people in India are Android users. Hence, we are catering to Android users for the 1st phase. Refer to the below screenshot.
We conducted extensive research through user interviews. The research showed that there is a substantial need for an easy-to-use app for small shop owners that could provide them visibility and increased business in a convenient way. The research indicated that the couple of users were not mobile savvy, not well-educated, and were handicapped. This information influenced the development of user personas and task flows.
