The Canadian Cottage is a fictional restaurant created for a University diploma project. It was done as a summary of my brand design and brand strategy skills I have acquired during my time at school. I chose this topic because restaurant branding always interested me the most as why do customers chose restaurant A over the restaurant B, despite selling the same services. In order to find that out I have started with a questionnaire.
