The Sewers
In college I had a Lighting Unit where I had to understand how certain types of lighting helped in creating certains moods in the environments. I had to create a case study of my final idea which was a sewer scene.
I wanted to create an environment that seemed perfectly normal, yet off at the same time. The use of the flickering torch helped the audience focus on what was rather important in this area. The open manhole brings out the natural lighting that helps with lighting the scene up.
