I mainly based everything on Illustrations and the colour scheme, as well as keeping things simple and straightforward as possible. 

Apart from the poster and the Facebook cover photo, tickets were also needed and thus I came up with the solution to try to brand the event, to keep consistency through out. Hence the need to create a logo which would fit and immediately give an image to the event.
