identifying key pain points in diagnosing ear infections informed a variety of avenues and concepts that improve the user experience for both the health care professional and patient.
prototyping
low-fidelity models informed a form that provides a balance of comfort, control and precision. mid-fidelity prototypes refined the internal structures and mechanisms before producing an aesthetic model for further testing.
interface
the ai camera attachment captures footage of the ear canal and allows users to remotely share media to colleagues for second opinions on diagnosis.
