Taken on the beach at Brgy. San Miguel, Zambales after delivering books to the nearby elementary school and spencing the day at the beautiful and extremely creative Casa San Miguel.

The children's smiles were so amazing, both at the school and on the beach. One asked me if "meron pa kayong papel?" which I took to mean did we have more books, and unfortunately we didn't, but I do hope he had gotten one earlier.

 

And we happened to see the fishermen bringing in the day's catch, and dividing a single fish among about 5 people, as their "share" from the loot.
