超級縣政縣民獨享，打造屏東的美好年代

A wonderful era built by “Super Policy”, exclusive to Pingtung.

台灣設計展的主題是把展場打造成全世界最大的設計超市。

「超級縣政」的展區，是屏東縣政府主打的九大超級政策，設計的靈感來自於超級市場裡的賣場好康傳單，試圖把公部門無聊、艱澀、僵硬的公文，轉換成貼近生活的超市傳單，藉此吸引民眾的好奇來閱讀。

專案中，最困難的是整理政策，每一個部門都長達好幾頁的說明文字，如何最有效的呈現資訊，以及如何以最有趣的方式吸引民眾，是這次最大的挑戰。

Taiwan Design Expo in Pingtung created the world's largest design supermarket called “SUPER SOUTH.”

“Super Policy” is part of the exhibition with the goal to promote the nine principal policies of Pingtung County Government. The idea of “Super Policy” was inspired by the ubiquitous flyers (paper advertisement) seen in supermarkets, which subtly transform dull government documents into colorful advertisements, drawing interest to read.

In this project, one of the most difficult tasks is to organize official documents. Tediously long files with thousands of words exist for each department. The biggest challenge is to present information efficiently while attracting audience amusingly at the same time.

這些便民、利民的改變，如同密密麻麻的好康優惠，一直是民眾生活中密不可分缺的一部分。看完展，也順手帶張傳單回家吧！

廣告單摺紙也是台灣家中常有的習慣，婆婆媽媽們常把傳單摺成紙袋與手工藝品。一邊摺紙的時候，也能夠閱讀上面的縣政文字，一舉兩得。

此次展覽把超級縣政海報立體化，摺成色彩斑斕的九大寶石，裝進賣場的手推車環繞著展場，象徵超級憲政把屏東推往下一個輝煌年代，給縣民舒適有保障的生活環境。

The numerous benefits of these Super Policies are like the supermarket sales seen everywhere, intrinsic to people’s daily life. Please feel free to take one of these flyers home!

Flyers are often folded as origami boxes or other crafts as a habit, mostly by household wives. It is like killing two birds with one stone that people read the copies while folding the paper.

In this exhibition, flyers (representing Super Policy) were folded into nine gemstones (representing nine principal policies) in a shopping cart moving forward, signifying the progression of Pingtung into a glorious future, with the imagination and love of the local community flowing in the flyers’ content.
