LATIN AMERICAN MANIFESTOS is the result of the work by Gabriel Nazoa, Vanessa Garcia Guardia and Alejandra Roda for the Final Master's Project in Editorial Design at IED Madrid (2012-2013), under the supervision of the spanish publishing house Turner.
We designed a small collection of art books related to temporary exhibitions in Madrid. In this particular case, LATIN AMERICAN MANIFESTOS arises as a complement to the exhibition Concrete Invention, still ongoing at the Reina Sofia Museum, about the development of geometric abstraction in Latin America.
The book is divided into three parts. Each one of them features a different paper and look -consistently chosen to create an editorial unit with the appearance of a notebook- and proposes an active and cozy reading.
