本案灵感来源于“纪念碑谷”一路上回归家园的初心的概念,打造出中国独特的儿童主题售楼中心。
This case is inspired by Monument Valley ,all the way back to the home of the original concept, to create a unique children's theme sales center in China.
项目的创新之处在于既能实现销售与人文的相结合,又会随着时间迁移实现空间不同时期功能的转变和延续。
The innovation of the project lies in that it can not only realize the combination of sales and humanities, but also realize the transformation and continuation of functions in different periods of space with time migration.
从前期以销售为导向的售楼中心,到后期作为教育配套的幼儿园,最终演变为公共性的美好社区中心,与城市共生长。
From a sales-oriented sales center in the early stage to a kindergarten supporting education in the later stage, it eventually evolved into a public and beautiful community center, growing together with the city.
将‘探索与感知’作为整个设计的出发点。小朋友的天性好奇,通过对未知空间的探索与感知,重新梳理人对环境和世界的认知
Taking exploration and perception as the starting point of the whole design, children's natural curiosity, through the exploration and perception of the unknown space, reorganizes people's cognition of the environment and the world.

We wanted to convey a sense of warmth and elegance that this is a design with a temperature.
