Neighborhood Logo

I created a new visual identity for the neighborhood I grew up in. I have lived in Meadowview (Mechanicsburg, PA) for over 15 years, and I still live there today. The old Meadowview logo is something I would not even call a logo, it was clipart and a poorly-chosen font to go with it. When the neighborhood said they were in need of a refreshed logo, I jumped right on the project.

I created a logo that looks fun and simple. That is how life is in Meadowview, and I wanted to capture it in a logo. I chose thick lines, fun colors, and a pleasing design with rolling hills because it shows exactly how the neighborhood is. The neighborhood is very kid-friendly, is sandwiched between two great community parks, and has a spectacular view of the meadow and mountains south of it.

The logo works in black and white, it works at all different sizes, and it works in lots of different applications (signage, t-shirts, social media, etc.) Below is the black and white version as well as a mockup of how it could look on a sign.
