The client was Urban Professor, a website that targets an audience of young "Generation Y" 20-somethings who need career advice delivered in a fresh, upbeat way that they can easily relate to. The client wanted to stay on top of the latest technology trends by using QR (Quick Response) codes heavily throughout the site for additional marketing. Similar to the Google homepage images, the client needed custom QR codes created for predetermined holidays and special events. This involved not only new colors but also stock images, background images and making use of the client's logo/branding and other elements. Each code was also put through a testing process on both iPhone and Droid devices to ensure that the codes worked even after modifications.
