The director had a vision that this production would be performed in a classroom on campus. As a producer I was determined to achieve his vision, which I succeeded in while also making sure it was logistically achievable and efficient.  

After the location and the vision of the production were set, I began locking down the rehearsals' space and schedule. Moreover, I created a budget plan that would cover the needed props and equipment, and I recruited a talented production team and technician. 

The production had a certain mood and theme which we wanted to convey to our audience. Therefore, I created a marketing plan that followed the vague theme and color-scheme of the production to engage our social media followers and absorb them into the performance's realm. This was one of the images used to promote the production to the public.
