Here are some sources of Vitamin D:
Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, salmon or fish oil
Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals
Cheese & Egg yolks
Beef liver (If you're fancy for it)
