Global stereotypes have been simplified in the book's pet, which varies depending of the language/country represented. The following birds represent England, France, Germany & Portugal.
Ā
The postcards introduce different families from around the world. The goal is to approach the children in a friendly way, as also to be images of easy recognition. Thus, the illustrations are created through the use of geometrical shapes, as well as of a limited color scheme.
