For this project, our client’s goal was to create a unified customer experience through an email nurturing campaign. I managed the project scope, process, budget, and timeline for the redesign. The deliverables included a website modal (above), new email templates for shopping cart abandonment, newsletter, and welcome series emails (below). The end result was refreshed campaign that produced successful conversions within weeks of deploying the assets.
