FORM SEMANTICS
Design School Project
This project aimed at studying the cognitive structure of the meaning of a word. My word here was 'EXOTIC' which means, 'originating in or characteristic of a distant foreign country, far-flung, non-native, tropical, alien, unfamiliar, yet, striking and attractive' and the following images are my interpretation of the word into material forms.

All the forms here are in the size and proportion of a toothbrush. The excercise was to explore forms keeping the size constant. Materials used are MDF, Aluminium sheet and Iron nails.
