The first step of this project was to redesign an existing restaurant's logo. The second part of the project was to design and code the restaurant's website. I chose Cure, a local restaurant located on Butler Street in Lawrenceville. Cure's owner and head chef Justin Severino specializes in charcuterie, which is reflected in design details like the logo and the butcher cleaver pattern. The restaurant also prides itself on using local and seasonal ingredients in their dishes, which means they are always adapting their menu based on what is available. I decided to incorporate the chalkboard because I felt it successfully communicated the idea of a frequently changing menu.
