The task was to design a property brochure for A.A. Walker, inspired to offer the flavors and experience of Goan living and lifestyles. Baale Private Villas & Spa, a fully serviced boutique villa development, inspired by Balinese art and architecture was born to answer the need for a beautiful, sublime yet integrated Goan lifestyle experience. In order to make the property purely experiential we highlighted the salient features of the property like Asset management, Concierge service, Lease back options - thus positioning the property as a fully serviced resort living experience - " Holiday homes where there is no room for worry."
