Native New Jersey Wildlife Icons

Pre-Columbian New Jersey wildlife icon set, done in Illustrator for a class at PLATT College San Diego.
The set features 14 base icons, 6 of which are copied and recolored for a total of 23 icons for the set. The icons were hand drawn on paper before being traced on Illustrator with the pen tool. The icons include animals found in New Jersey, there are both woodland critters and marine wildlife in the set. Species include the white-tailed deer, turtle, wild turkey, turkey vulture, crow, northern cardinal, red-winged blackbird, eastern goldfinch, sturgeon fish, shrimp and lobster, along with deer hoof-prints, wolf paw-prints and scallop shells.
The icons have a Native American art style, specifically of the Lenni-Lenape that inhabited New Jersey during pre-Columbian times. The icons were meant to resemble the red and black mask seen in the Delaware tribe seal, in fact, the colors used for set are different shades of red between black and white.
