Web design, HTML & CSS

As I've been learning in school, this semester I had Programation class; we used HTML and CSS to make our own web designs.

I'll just show you the results, enjoy!

My first web design; the teacher send us the html and we made the css.

This was originally an essay but, looking to apply our knowledges, the teacher asked us to do another webpage.
The background image looks weird because here I used the styles

"background-repeat:no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed;" in the css.

Here, and the next picture, I'd like to show you that first I do my design (in Fireworks) and then I make it in HTML and CSS.

This is a webpage excersize by using a professional css framework; we used Kube.

I'd like to show you also that this was designed as a responsive website.

In the left we can se the full size and in the right we can see it resized.

For this one, the teacher asked us to make our own web profile.
I did really enjoy this one because here I learned by myself how to use formfields.
P.S. This is just the design, I'm not into JavaScript yet to make that slideshow but I'll learn soon.

So far, this has been made for regular classes,

here next until the end I'll show you my final work.

A classmate and I studied the failures and the needs of our school

and made an interface a little easier to the final user.

I, myself, helped in almost all the redesign

and in the HTML and CSS (and a little bit of jQuery) development.

Here my classmate and I proposed a new logo and big icons,

we just took the very important things and removed all distraction.

This is a sample of the menu display.
It all works, and it redirects to the respective link.

Here I used a little bit of jQuery to make this change in the buttons, so it shows the name of each career.

All the redesign algo was made as a responsive website too.
Again, at the left it's the full size and in the right the resized one.

We also redesigned each career webpage display,

we resumed all texts and searched to make it a little more friendly.

As I said, the whole redesing was made as a responsive website.
