National Trust Project
The first thing that I think of when it comes to national trust is nature and landscapes. I remember going on family walks through the parks and seeing all the wildlife and plants. They are just celebrating their 125th anniversary.
What is the National Trust?
The National Trust is an independent charity for environmental and heritage conservation in England, Wales and Northern Island. The trust describes itself as "a charity that works to preserve and protect historic places and spaces—for ever, for everyone".The trust was founded in 1895 and given statutory powers, starting with the National Trust Act 1907. The mood board below are photos that I found from The National Trust.
I also looked on maps to see if there were any national trust places near me, there are a few which I have been to already.
The mood board below are places that I would like to visit for this project - Balcombe Place, Seven sisters, Balcombe Viaduct, Sheffield Park and the Jack and Jill Windmill.
