WISE is a learning environment where students examine realworld evidence and analyze current scientific controversies. The objective was to make it simpler and more accessible to teachers and students.
My role: Responsible for re-design of site.

The Technology Enhanced Learning in Science (TELS) Center is one of 15 national centers for learning and teaching established to improve instruction in science, mathematics and engineering. The objective was to improve the navigation and develop content.
My role: Responsible for re-design, editing site content and maintenance.
As part of the TELS annual summer retreat post doc Michelle Williams needed a poster to present her work within TELS. While it needed to present detailed scientific research and analysis, Michelle also wanted a poster which was engaging and easy to understand.
My role: I designed a poster which presented a wealth of information while remaining readable and easy to follow.
The TELS teachers collaborate on research projects in their district, providing a practitioner's perspective; participate in an annual summer retreat; and organize workshops for other science teachers in their district. My role: I designed a poster showing the organic collaboration within TELS.
The TELS annual summer retreat was held at the University of California, Berkeley. A poster was needed which would display the various members of the TELS Advisory Board.
My role: I designed a poster which was in keeping with the style of the TELS retreat without being too formal or stuffy.
