This was Costa’s graduate work at the Moscow State University of Printing Arts, which consisted of two parts — the complete printed book with elaborated design and a series of posters. The project was based on novels by a contemporary Russian writer from St. Petersburg, Ilya Semyonov. His novels, full of philosophic ideas borrowed from the oriental philosophy, Buddhism in particular, were ideas were presented through metaphorical illustrations and the integral book design.

The second part of the diploma was to create a series of posters on the theme (Jubilee Russian-French War in 1812). My idea was to remind people of regular things they see every day. But this things (example FOOD) are origin from that war period.
