NYS DMV needed to move their channel to a different URL. As a result the old channel needed to direct current subscribers to the new channel to increase traffic and conversion. This short video was created to be the new featured video that would point people to the new channel. It was meant to have a short introduction then hold drawing attention to a button in the lower right corner that would subscribe to the new channel.
